At Swiz Jewels, we are committed to offering premium-quality jewelry and excellent customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the policy below for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be:
  - Unused and unworn
  - In original condition with tags, packaging, invoice, and certificates intact
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased from www.swizjewels.com

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for
return or refund:
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Items bought during a clearance sale or special promotional offers
- Earrings (due to hygiene and safety concerns)

3. Return Process & Timeline

4. Quality Check

5. Refund Initiation

Refund is processed to original paymentmethod Within 2 business days after inspection

6. Amount Credit

Refund reflects in your bank or source account 7–14 business days

Note: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

- Refunds will be made only after the returned item passes our quality check.
- Refunds will be issued to the original source account (credit/debit card, net
banking, UPI, etc.).
- The refund amount will be credited within 7 to 14 business days from the date of refund initiation.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

- Report within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Share photos/videos as proof at [swizgroupindia@gmail.com]
- Eligible cases will receive free replacement or full refund (including shipping charges).

- Replacement order will be processed and deliver within 7-10 business day

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
1. First check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your payment provider.

7. Order Cancellations

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (if not shipped).
- Custom/personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
